Stallaby Window Cleaning operates as a DBA (doing business as) of Christopher Stallaby, a sole proprietorship registered in Texas.

Agreement to Terms

By booking window cleaning services with Stallaby Window Cleaning, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not book our services.

Services Provided

Stallaby Window Cleaning provides professional window cleaning services for residential and light commercial properties, including but not limited to:

  • Interior and exterior window cleaning

  • Screen cleaning, repair, and replacement

  • Track and frame detailing

  • Mirror and interior glass cleaning

  • Storm window cleaning

  • French window cleaning

  • Gutter cleaning

  • Solar screen installation

  • Rain-X application

Service Limitations:

  • We service properties up to 2 stories (residential) or 1 story (commercial)

  • We do not perform work that requires prolonged exposure on steep or unsafe roofs

  • We reserve the right to decline work we deem unsafe or beyond our scope

Scheduling & Appointments

Booking:

  • Services are scheduled by appointment only

  • Appointments may be made online, by phone, or via email

  • We will confirm all appointments via email or text

Cancellations & Rescheduling:

  • Please provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule without penalty

  • Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) may be subject to a cancellation fee

  • Weather-related cancellations will be rescheduled at no charge

Access Requirements:

  • You must provide access to all windows scheduled for cleaning

  • If gates, doors, or windows are locked and we cannot complete service, you may be charged a trip fee

  • For exterior-only service, you do not need to be home, but access must be arranged in advance

Pricing & Payment

Pricing:

  • Prices are provided as estimates and may be adjusted based on actual conditions encountered

  • Final pricing is confirmed before work begins

  • Add-on services (screens, tracks, etc.) are priced separately

Payment:

  • Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements are made

  • We accept credit cards, debit cards, and electronic payments

  • Returned payments may incur additional fees

  • Past-due accounts may be subject to collection and/or service suspension

Third-Party Offers:

  • If you book through a third-party platform (e.g., Groupon), the terms of that platform also apply

  • Third-party vouchers must be presented before service begins

  • Vouchers are subject to the terms and restrictions stated at time of purchase

Property Access & Safety

Your Responsibilities:

  • Ensure safe access to all areas requiring service

  • Remove or secure pets that may interfere with service

  • Notify us in advance of any known hazards (wasps, unstable surfaces, etc.)

  • Provide accurate information about window types and accessibility

Our Responsibilities:

  • We will treat your property with care and respect

  • We will clean up any mess created during service

  • We will notify you immediately of any damage or safety concerns discovered during service

Liability:

  • We carry general liability insurance for accidents and damages

  • We are not responsible for pre-existing damage to windows, screens, or frames

  • We are not responsible for damage caused by defective windows, old caulking, or hidden structural issues

  • We will repair or replace items damaged by our negligence at no charge

Photography & Portfolio Use

By using our services, you grant Stallaby Window Cleaning permission to photograph our work at your property and use those images for business purposes (see Privacy Policy for full details).

You may opt out by notifying us before or during service. Opting out does not affect service quality or availability.

Service Quality & Satisfaction

We take pride in doing excellent work. If you are not satisfied with our service:

  • Let us know immediately – we will return to address any issues at no additional charge

  • Issues must be reported within 7 days of service for us to remedy them

  • Rain within 48 hours of service does not constitute a service failure

We do not offer formal money-back guarantees, but we will work with you to make things right.

Limitations of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid for that service

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • We are not responsible for damage caused by acts of nature, third parties, or pre-existing conditions

Assumption of Risk

Window cleaning involves inherent risks. By booking our services, you acknowledge that:

  • We will use reasonable care and proper safety practices

  • Some risks cannot be entirely eliminated

  • You assume responsibility for providing accurate information about property conditions

Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or inability to perform services due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Severe weather conditions

  • Natural disasters

  • Public health emergencies

  • Government restrictions

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Stallaby Window Cleaning and is protected by copyright law.

You may not use our content without written permission.

Dispute Resolution

Governing Law:

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

Informal Resolution:

If you have a dispute, please contact us first. We're committed to resolving issues directly and fairly.

Arbitration:

If we cannot resolve a dispute informally, you agree to settle it through binding arbitration rather than in court, except for small claims court matters.

Severability:

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.

Email & SMS Communications

We may use your phone number and email address to send you communications regarding your appointments, estimates, invoices and occasional promotions.
You may text STOP to opt out of SMS messages or Unsubscribe from emails at any time.
Messages and data rates may apply.

Carriers are not responsible for SMS messages.
Users must be 18 years or older.

By doing business with us you confirm you are over 18 and agree to the above communication terms.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
